Fifth class girls went to the local library to meet Brian Gallagher who is the author of a number of children’s historical novels, including ‘Across the Divide’ and ‘Taking Sides’.
After Brian’s short presentation the students engaged in a question/answer session to find out more about the process involved in writing a novel.
The students were very inspired and some have already commenced reading his books.
