St Mary’s feature on PAGE 2 and 3 of The Sunday Business Post

Bua na Cainte is a brand new Scéim Ghaeilge. It is being used in our school and has many ‘buanna’ (advantages). All our classrooms have interactive whiteboards and the new scheme lends itself perfectly to be used interactively by the children. The featured article in the Sunday Business Post dated January 24, highlights the use of ICT in education, and specifically in the teaching of Irish in our school. The Scéim itself is visually stimulating and is enhanced by lots of catchy tunes as Gaeilge. Ms Dalton and the children in Room 9 demonstrated a lesson for the journalist and he was very impressed and even learned cúpla focal!!
