6th Class Graduation 2016

The 6th Class Graduation took place on Thursday evening last, June 23rd. The ceremony commenced with a prayer service led by Fr. Declan Kelly. Under the direction of Mrs. McGale and Mrs. Nally, members of the Banna Ceoil from 5th Class and 6th Class provided the music during the service. Mr. Ó Coigligh called out the names of the fifty-seven girls graduating. They were each presented with a Yearbook and a Graduation Certificate – a big “thank you” must go to Debby Walsh for working so hard on producing such wonderful mementos for the girls. The final part of the ceremony involved the graduates singing “History” by One Direction, while performing a dance created by the girls themselves.  5th Class pupils had brought in plenty of refreshments earlier in the day and the Parents’ Association had the refreshments laid out for everyone at the end of the graduation ceremony. A big “thank you” to everyone for making Graduation Evening such a memorable one.
