National Tree Week was celebrated from 9th-13th March this year. Trees provide us with oxygen and better air quality. They also support biodiversity. As a Green School, some of the senior classes at St Mary’s joined forces with An Taisce and other organisations to take part in a ‘Tree Tales Table Quiz’ via Zoom. The quiz was enjoyable, and we learned lots of new and interesting facts about native and international trees along the way too!
